1. The Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport KADOMA & MITSUI OUTLET PARK OSAKA KADOMA Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) is brought to you by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“CX” or “Cathay”), its wholly-owned subsidiary Asia Miles Limited (“AML”) and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
2. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Eligible Participant (as defined below) agrees and accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
3. The Lucky Draw runs from 26 October 2024, 00:00 (Japan local time) to 31 January 2025, 23:50 (Japan local time), both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Lucky Draw is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard / Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Banking / Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private (each an “Eligible Card”) issued by the Bank, on the condition that all of the below requirements are fulfilled:
a) Have made eligible transactions of at least JPY30,000 with an Eligible Card at Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport KADOMA & MITSUI OUTLET PARK OSAKA KADOMA (the “MITSUI”) during the Promotion Period; AND
b) Have successfully registered their Cathay membership number at MITSUI Information Counter during the Promotion Period
5. The Lucky Draw is not applicable to supplementary card holders of the Eligible Cards.
6. Each Cardholder is entitled to enjoy ONE lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period, regardless of how many times the spending requirements are met and how many Eligible Cards each Cardholder is holding.
7. Successful registration cannot be cancelled. If the information submitted by Cardholders is incorrect or insufficient for the purpose of registering for miles crediting and for participating in the Lucky Draw, CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
8. Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of any Reward.
9. The Lucky Draw has one draw only. The winner will be drawn among the Cardholders randomly.
10. The Winner will be notified by email.
11. The 25,000 Asia Miles (“Reward”) earned under this Lucky Draw will be credited to the Winner’s Cathay membership account by CX/AML within 4-6 weeks after the email is sent.
12. The Reward is not exchangeable, transferrable, returnable or redeemable for cash.
13. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Cardholders agree that MITSUI may provide the necessary information including the Cardholder’s Cathay membership number to CX/AML for the purpose of fulfilling the Reward only. However, MITSUI and the Bank make no warranty that the Reward will be accurately credited to the Cardholder’s Cathay membership account by CX/AML and accept no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of Reward to the Cardholder’s Cathay membership account for any reason beyond MITSUI and the Bank’s control.
14. The Winner’s Cathay membership account and Eligible Card account must remain valid and in good financial standing at the time when the Reward is awarded; otherwise CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank have the right to forfeit the Reward including cancelling or reversing any Asia Miles credited to the Winner’s Cathay membership account.
15. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sales slips (where applicable) for inspection upon request by CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank will not be returned.
16. CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank reserves the right to extend, alter or terminate this Lucky Draw and amend these terms and conditions at any time without further notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of CX/AML, MITSUI and the Bank.
