How to enjoy
Learn more about your lounge passes and priority services
Go to "My rewards" under "Profile" once you signed into your Cathay membership account via Cathay Pacific app. You'll see all Cathay co-branded card lounge pass(es) available under "Lounge passes".
*You can also check your lounge pass(es) available via Asia Miles by Cathay app by mid of July.
For your own use, or share with a travel companion:
Open the Cathay Pacific app and go to "My rewards" under "Profile".
Click "Cathay co-branded card lounge pass" and you'll see all lounge pass(es) available.
Present your one-time lounge pass QR code and boarding pass with Cathay Pacific flight number when entering any of the Cathay Pacific operated lounges.
If you want to share the lounge pass with your travel companion, simply present the lounge pass QR codes and boarding passes with Cathay Pacific flight number when entering any of the Cathay Pacific operated lounges together.
- Select the lounge pass and click "share to redemption group nominee".
- Select the redemption group nominee who will receive the lounge pass and click "Share".
- If your redemption group nominee is a Cathay member, he/she can simply retrieve the shared lounge pass via Cathay Pacific app.
- If your redemption group nominee hasn't signed up to Cathay, the one-time lounge pass QR code will be sent to his/her email address.
- Your redemption group nominee may present his/her lounge pass QR code and boarding pass with Cathay Pacific flight number when entering any of the Cathay Pacific operated lounges.
You can cancel the shared lounge pass via Cathay Pacific app anytime as long as it has not been used.
- Select the lounge pass shared with your redemption group nominee
- Once you have successfully cancelled the invitation, the unused lounge pass will be added back to your account
- The respective redemption group nominee will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge his/her lounge pass is cancelled
Priority Check-in
Eligible cardholders of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Banking can enjoy priority check-in at the Premium Economy counters by simply presenting their Cathay mobile membership card via Cathay apps.
Eligible cardholders of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private can enjoy priority check-in at the Business counters by simply presenting their Cathay mobile membership card via Cathay apps. This benefit is also applicable to travel companions.
Priority Boarding
Eligible cardholders of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Banking can enjoy the same boarding line for Premium Economy class passengers on flights operated by Cathay Pacific by simply presenting their Cathay mobile membership card via Cathay apps.
Eligible cardholders of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private can enjoy the same priority boarding line for Business class passengers on flights operated by Cathay Pacific by simply presenting their Cathay mobile membership card via Cathay apps. This benefit is also applicable to travel companions.
